Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations due to customer convenience. Please thoroughly check the product, color, material, payment method, etc., before placing an order.

【Examples where cancellation/returns are not possible】

• If you mistakenly purchased a different product or color
• If the product did not match your expectations after arrival

Even for reasons other than those listed above, cancellations due to customer convenience will not be accepted.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave a delivery notice and return the product to the nearest sales office to the delivery address.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the product within the storage period, the product will be returned to our partner warehouse, and redelivery will not be possible. If you wish to receive the product, we ask that you place a new order.

If the product is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the amount after deducting 880 yen (return shipping cost + packaging material cost + handling fee) from the order amount. ※Even for orders with free shipping, we will refund the amount after deducting a flat rate of 880 yen. ※If there are instances of refusal to receive or long-term absence due to customer convenience, we may place restrictions on future orders, so please be sure to receive the product.

If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will replace it with a substitute. Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. ※If there is no stock for exchange, we will process a return and refund. ※Shipping costs will be borne by us.

【Cases where returns/exchanges will be refused】

• If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived
• If the product has been used even once
• If accessories such as the product's cosmetic box, tags, or parts are lost or damaged by the customer
• If scratches or dirt have occurred on the product by the customer
