・Regular products
We will ship within 3 business days of your order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). It may take up to 2 weeks.

・Pre-order / Made-to-order products
Please check the shipping time stated on each product page.

*If you purchase multiple items, they will be shipped together according to the product with the latest delivery date.

・VISA / Mastercard
・PayPay / LINE Pay *Credit card payments are for single payments only. Cards issued overseas may not be accepted.

■ In case of customer's convenience
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been confirmed. Please confirm the product, color, material, etc., sufficiently before placing your order.

■ In case of product defect
If there is a defect or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will arrange for an exchange or return.

*We cannot process returns or exchanges in the following cases: used items, more than 7 days passed since arrival, lost tags or accessories, or scratches/stains caused by the customer.

If you fail to receive your order within the storage period and it is returned to our warehouse, redelivery will not be possible.

For refunds, we will deduct 880 yen (return shipping + handling fees, etc.) from the order amount.
