These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply universally to all users (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") of the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by scit Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

1. General Provisions

1-1. Scope and Amendment of these Terms

  • These Terms apply to all Customers of the Service. For Customers who have purchased products at the Company's physical stores or authorized dealers, their purchase will be deemed as an agreement to Article 2 (Warranty Policy) of these Terms.
  • In the event of any changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting an important notice on this website.
  • The Company may add, change, or revise new provisions without the Customer's prior consent.
  • If these Terms are revised, Customers shall abide by the revised terms.

1-2. Use of this Website and the Service

  • Customers may use this website and the Service in accordance with these Terms and the displays based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions posted on this website.
  • If a Customer causes nuisance or damage to the Company or other Customers, or if a dispute arises, due to a violation of these Terms or through the use of this website and the Service, the Customer shall resolve such problems and disputes at their own expense and responsibility.

1-3. Copyright, Trademark Rights, and Other Intellectual Property Rights

  • All copyrights of designs, images, programs, and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided through this website and the Service, as well as trademark rights and other intellectual property rights of products listed, belong to the Company or other legitimate rights holders (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights Holders"), and Customers may not infringe upon these rights.

1-4. Prohibited Acts

Customers shall not engage in any of the following acts when using this website and the Service. If any of the following acts are found, the Company may refuse the Customer's use of the Service and this website.

1-4-1. Measures Against Fraudulent Orders

To prevent unauthorized use of credit cards, smartphone payments, etc., the Company takes measures such as canceling orders, suspending shipments, verifying identity, and filing damage reports. If unauthorized use is suspected based on the results of a security system diagnosis, your order may be automatically canceled.

1-5. Protection of Personal Information

Personal information acquired through the use of the Service will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".

1-6. Product Purchase

  • Customers can purchase products from the Company using the Service.
  • A sales agreement between the Customer and the Company shall be formed when the Company completes the processing of the application and sends an email to the Customer confirming the order details.
  • If the address is determined to be incomplete, we will confirm it via email. If there is no response within 3 weeks, the order will be canceled.

1-7. Purchase Restrictions

To ensure delivery to as many customers as possible, purchase restrictions may be implemented depending on supply conditions. Orders exceeding the limited quantity will be canceled at the Company's discretion.

1-8. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations of Products

■ For customer convenience

As a general rule, returns, exchanges, and cancellations cannot be accepted. The cooling-off period system does not apply to mail order sales.

■ In case of absence or refusal to receive

If the item is returned because it was not received within the storage period, redelivery is not possible. When issuing a refund, a shipping and handling fee of 880 yen will be deducted.

■ In case of product defects

In the event of defects or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. However, minor scratches or individual differences that do not affect practicality are not covered.

1-9. Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Sales

For made-to-order and pre-order items, please check the delivery date stated on each product page. Delivery may be earlier or later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.

1-10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service

The Company may suspend the service without prior notice if it deems it necessary due to maintenance, natural disasters, system failures, or other reasons.

1-11. Disclaimer Regarding Products and Services

The color of the image may differ from the actual product. The Company shall be exempted from liability for troubles such as unknown delivery addresses by notifying the specified contact or delivering to the designated recipient.

2. Warranty Policy

2-1. Warranty Period

We offer a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase (or delivery). In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Please report any external defects within 7 days of arrival.

2-2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • If a legitimate purchase history cannot be confirmed.
  • Damage due to intentional acts, negligence, or incorrect use.
  • Damage due to deterioration over time, modification, or customization.
  • If repairs have been performed by anyone other than the Company.

3. Other

3-1. Separate Consultation

For matters not stipulated in these Terms, both parties shall resolve them through sincere consultation.
